Watermelon Smashing - Athlete's Banana Date Smoothie



This is a great smoothie for long days, long runs and other endurance activities. when Becca captured the moment I was attacked by a watermelon.....

Ingredients:
10 Organic Bananas
10 Organic Medjool Dates
water ice

Step 1: Blend dates and water (remove pits from dates first!)
Step 2: Blend in bananas and ice
Step 3: Drink it
